According to the National Credit Union Administration’s (NCUA) Quarterly U.S. Map Review, Minnesota credit unions outpaced the national trend in membership growth during the first quarter of 2024. Membership at Minnesota credit unions grew 0.80% in median year-over-year member growth, ranking 8th in the nation and above the national average of -0.2%.

According to the NCUA first quarter update, credit unions in Minnesota are now serving over 2.2 million members, representing nearly $42 billion in assets, with nearly 2.2 million credit union members in Minnesota, 397 branches, and 5,879 employees. Comments are closed.
