The Minnesota Credit Union Network’s (MnCUN) Board of Directors met last week to approve the 2025 budget and strategic plan for 2025-2027. MnCUN's Board of Directors represent the interests of credit unions of all sizes from all parts of the state.
In recognition of Deb Almirall's retirement as CEO of Minnesota Power Employees CU, the Board issued a proclamation of appreciation for her dedication to the credit union movement in Minnesota. Trina Hoff, Northern Communities CU, was appointed to fill the remainder of Almirall's term. The Board also approved also approved the MnCUN Board Election rules and teller. Chair Dana Garrett (North Memorial FCU) appointed Jay Gostonczik (SouthPoint Financial CU), Kathy Harrington (Heartland CU), and Andrea Adams (Teamsters CU) to serve on the election committee.
