MnCUN Announces Organizational Changes

To most efficiently serve members, the Minnesota Credit Union Network is announcing changes to staff roles and introducing a position focused on member engagement and education.

 

The Network is pleased to share title changes of the following staff members:

 

  • John Ferstl has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer of the Network Service Corporation and TruLync.
  • Mara Humphrey has been promoted to Vice President Governmental Affairs and Association Services. In addition to Governmental Affairs, Humphrey will now oversee all Advocacy services at the Network including regulatory advocacy, compliance, and member services.   
  • Andrea Molnau has been promoted to Vice President Communications and Engagement, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of communications, member engagement and education.
  • Laura Whittet has been promoted to Director of Communications, responsible for all internal and external communication functions of the Network, including public relations, public affairs, and member communication.

In addition to these internal staff changes, the Network is seeking a Director of Engagement. This new position will serve as an ambassador of the association, leading efforts to strengthen member relationships and execute Network education and benefit programing.
