Join us for the second year of MnCUN’s Trailblazers Executive Readiness Training program. This 12-month program is designed to accelerate executive level leadership skills and build credit union specific knowledge needed to succeed in our industry.
Having high-potential leaders in the pipeline is critical for credit unions and the industry. Designed by Minnesota Credit Union professionals – the program is intended to prepare emerging leaders for executive level positions. Topics include Leadership Skills, Credit Union Financials, Credit Union Operations, and Strategic Planning & Growth. Courses will be facilitated by both experts in the field and current credit union leaders. Upon completion participants will receive a Minnesota Credit Union Executive Leadership Certification. The cohort will meet the second Thursday of the month for 12 months –virtually and in person – providing participants the opportunity to build a close network of colleagues. The program runs September - September. With questions, contact MnCUN Vice President of Communications and Engagement Andrea Molnau or Director of Engagement Ben Hering. |
“The Trailblazer Executive Readiness Program is a good overview of the deeper aspects of credit union management. It provides a broad range of topics to expand perspectives for those who may not have experience in other functional areas of the organization. Coming from a smaller credit union, it gave me the opportunity to meet with an amazing group of professionals from around the state to understand how other organizations are meeting the same challenges we face every day. I believe that for a person either new to their management role or looking to make a move to a new position with more authority, this training gives them an overview of the entire organizational ecosystem.” |
