MnCUN's Young Professional Networking Group
The Crew is a group for young professionals – under 40 years old - working in the credit union movement in Minnesota. The Minnesota Credit Union Network hosts special sessions for Crew members at major MnCUN events as well as standalone Crew education sessions, happy hours, and volunteer opportunities throughout the year.

2024 CREW Ambassador
Amy Hendrickson, Mid Minnesota FCUAlthough her original plan wasn’t to be involved in the credit union industry, Amy has had 15 years of experience in multiple roles at Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union. Starting as a Teller, then a Consumer Lending Administrative Rep and finally a Digital Marketing Specialist, she found a love for credit unions and what they value. Throughout her career, her focus has been creating lasting relationships with her co-workers, members, peers and vendors.
She is excited to continue spreading the passion for the Credit Union Movement with her peers and others in the credit union industry and outside of it.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, painting, and spending time with family and friends.

MnCUN CREW Advisory Group
The Crew Advisory Group will meet quarterly at the MnCUN office, or remotely, to help plan and promote Crew events. The mission of group is to advise the Minnesota Credit Union Network on Crew events in order to develop young credit union professionals and volunteers through education and networking in order to create and retain a strong, passionate workforce of future credit union leaders.

MnCUN Crew Advisory Group Responsibilities:
- The Crew Advisory Group will assist in planning and facilitating Crew events for young Minnesota credit union professionals, which include but are not limited to Coffee with the CREW, Summer Social, P2Ps, Crasher events like Accelerate and Lead.
- The group will provide input on events, speakers, topics, and venues for the Crew throughout the year.
- The CREW Advisory Group members are strongly encouraged to attend all events.
Advisory Group Member Requirements:
- The advisory group will consist of up to 16 members, including the Crew Ambassador and Emeritus.
- Our goal is one representative – credit union staff or volunteer – per credit union representing each credit union chapter in Minnesota, to the extent possible.
- Age of 40 or younger
- Willing to promote the Crew in a variety of venues and recruit new members.
- Willing and able to provide constructive feedback to help further shape and improve the Crew.
- Commit to attending up to four, no less than two, two hour-long meetings annually – one per quarter.
- Commit to participating in AT LEAST one event planning subcommittee/year and attending the event.
- Applicants must also have committed support from their supervisor/manager to serve in this leadership role (Letter of recommendation required, and credit union be willing to pay mileage and other incidental expenses.)
