ULEND Academy, provided in partnership with CUNA Mutual Group, is set up as a virtual learning workshop within three daily sessions where participants will discuss, learn, and then apply. This occurs within manageable sessions, so application can happen immediately. ULEND Academy graduates will return to work knowing how to use the skills and concepts learned in their daily interactions with members.
Who Should Attend? Every lender (including Call Center) from new to seasoned, underwriters, and leaders! ULEND Academy is a unique lending experience aimed at helping all lenders, from all levels and various experiences, get better at what they do every day. What Graduates Are Saying "I loved that we viewed the entire lending process through the filter of our Member. Ensuring our lending processes and decisions/solutions are based on their wishes and needs and ensuring an Excellent Member experience." -Sales and Service Manager "I loved hearing ways to phrase questions that will gain the most information about something at once. I really found myself connecting the dots better in order to get my loans approved by a loan officer/underwriter by focusing on a few key areas, and the interaction with teams made things stick. It was a great training!" -First Year Lender Date: Tuesday, November 15 - Thursday, November 17 Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST Location: Virtual/Webinar Cost: $399 Learn more about ULEND Academy With questions, please contact MnCUN Director of Engagement Ben Hering by email or by phone at 651-288-5519.
