The annual MnCUN CEO Conference was held June 27-29 at the Inn on Lake Superior in Duluth, MN. This event featured presentations from speakers on a variety of pertinent credit union topics, provided opportunities to connect with other CEOs, and offered a cooperative forum in a relaxing setting to share expertise and experiences.
The event kicked off by focusing on credit union employees, with a presentation from Pam Murphy of CUNA Mutual Group on reimagining the employee experience and a conversation with Tracie Kenyon of the Montana Credit Union Network on their Association Health Plan. Additional session topics included how to future-proof your business with Jack Uldrich, serving more members with machine learning by Mike de Vere of Zest AI, and an economic outlook by CUNA’s Mike Schenck. Concluding the event was an inspiring session on character, culture, and servant leadership given by John Wissler, retired Lieutenant General of the United States Marine Corps and founder of JPW Solutions. Thank you to CUNA Mutual Group for their sponsorship of the conference. With questions, please contact MnCUN Vice President Communications & Engagement Andrea Molnau by email or call (651) 288-5527.
