Credit Union Professionals Recognized as Top Women in Finance; Notable Leaders in Marketing

Kathleen (Kathy) Harrington, President and CEO of Heartland Credit Union and Rachel Studier, Chief Operation Officer of Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union, were honored at a networking and awards event on Nov. 10 at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis in downtown Minneapolis. 

​Finance & Commerce’s Top Women in Finance program recognizes women who are making an impact in their professions and communities by breaking down barriers and paving the way for those that come after. An outside panel of experts reviewed the nominations and helped to select the honorees.

SPIRE's Credit Union Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Lisa Lehman, and ​TopLine Financial Credit Union’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Vicki Roscoe Erickson, were both named one as Twin Cities Business 2022 Notable Leaders in Marketing. 

Marketing professionals are tasked with effectively connecting brands with their target audiences and the larger public. In a time marked by a pandemic, labor and supply shortages, inflation, a social justice movement, and demands for equity, that’s not a simple job. But TCB’s 2022 Notable Leaders in Marketing have proven themselves, and the brands they represent, worthy of recognition.
