Credit Unions for Kids Topgolf Event Raises Nearly $16,000

The Minnesota Credit Unions for Kids inaugural CU4Kids Topgolf event raised nearly $16,000 for Gillette Children’s Specialty Hospital in October. The event, which has replaced the annual CU4Kids Bowl-O-Rama, was held at the Topgolf entertainment venue in Brooklyn Center, welcoming 109 attendees for an afternoon of driving golf balls and raising money for kids.

Following the tournament, participants heard from Gillette’s patient, ZaLayaa and her family, about their experience, who commented after the event, “this was the best day of my life!”
