The Minnesota Credit Union Network is the single greatest champion for Minnesota credit unions; therefore, we commit to dynamic, bold advocacy; inclusive collaboration; and innovative solutions that help accelerate the growth of credit unions.

• New Trulync Medicare Advisors to provide a Medicare Insurance program for your credit union members. 
  ​Minnesota Credit Union Employee Benefits Plan: Participation in the Employee Benefits Plan allows credit unions to obtain health care coverage as if they were a single large employer; taking advantage of economies of scale and strengthening negotiation power with larger risk pools. 
• Complementary Credit Union Staff Salary Report: This report is the most comprehensive industry specific salary analysis available to credit unions. Typically provided every other year, the full report was offered in 2023, with the small credit union report offered in 2024. 
• Compliance Resources including Complimentary access to PolicyAid - an online policy resource which contains over 80 sample policies; and CUNA Compliance Management System: an entirely online platform, CU CMS provides alerts to changes in both federal and state regulations, guided workflows and an advertising review tool. 
• Small Credit Union Benefits: To support an environment where all credit unions can thrive, MnCUN provides resources to credit unions with assets under $100 million, including: the Small Credit Union Education Grant a free webinar of your choice from the Credit Union Webinar Network, and Discounted Registration MnCUN major events. 

​The creation of American's Credit Unions, through the merger of CUNA and NAFCU, also provides an opportunity to evolve the credit union system to be more effective, responsive, and bolder advocates for credit unions.
 
Based on discussions with member credit unions and the MnCUN Board of Directors, we encourage the proposed America’s Credit Unions to ensure the merger’s benefits strategically align with what is best for credit unions and ensure every credit union has the opportunity to thrive. It is an opportunity to provide a powerful, aggregated voice for national credit union policy and unified credit union advocacy.
