The 2022 recipients of the Dora Maxwell Social Responsibility Community Service Award, Louise Herring Philosophy-in-Action Member Service Award, and Desjardins Awards for Financial Education were honored in a virtual ceremony on Tuesday, Jan. 24.
Congratulations to the following member credit unions for their winning entries:
“The Dora Maxwell, Louise Herring, and Desjardins national award winners illustrate how credit unions live the “people helping philosophy” through their everyday operations, community service and education,” MnCUN President & CEO Mark Cummins. “We are so proud of our members leading the way among credit unions nationally with programs that improve their members’ financial well-being.” The awards, which are given in multiple credit union asset sizes, were selected among state-level winning entries to compete nationally. Winners will also be recognized at CUNA's Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington D.C., February 26 to March 2, 2023. You can view CUNA's award book to learn how credit unions across the country have spread financial literacy and supported their members and local communities in exemplary ways. Comments are closed.
