Minn. CU Employee Benefits Plan Announces Rates for 2023

​The Minnesota Credit Union Employee Benefits Plan, the association health plan that allows Minnesota credit unions and credit union service organizations (CUSOs) to offer health benefits to their employees is ready to provide rates. For plan year 2023, participating Minnesota credit unions and CUSOs will see only an average increase of 1.7%.

​​The rates demonstrate the benefits of utilizing the cooperative model to reduce cost and risk volatility by spreading those costs and risks over a larger group, and have more options to offer employees and their families.
