NCUA’s NOL Policy Should Look Beyond the Numbers: In May, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) issued a request for comment on the policy for setting the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund’s normal operating level (NOL). 

NCUA Issues Proposed Rule on RBC and Request for Information on Digital Assets: At its meeting last week, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Board issued a proposed rule and a request for comment.
