Attorney’s Conference for Non-Attorneys Kicks-Off Next Tues., Sept. 28

The first webinar of the Attorney's Conference for Non-Attorneys will take place on September 28, from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., and will cover class action risks including litigation over overdraft/NSF fees, Foreign Transactions fees, Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) Insurance, Telephone Consumer Protection Act and an ADA website update.

​This is a unique opportunity to hear from, and ask questions of, attorneys and other subject matter experts with expertise working with credit unions. The next webinars will take place on Nov. 10 and Jan. 11. The cost for each webinar is $25  and $60 to register for all three.

This initiative is a collaboration with MnCUN,  the law firm of Husch Blackwell, the CUNA Mutual Group and seven other credit union leagues to host a series of webinars covering pressing legal and compliance risks for credit unions.
